We had a double pane glass, on a picture window, replaced after the seal in it broke and it became impossible to clean. And we also had an unfortunate mishap with a brand new bay window and the glass broke on that as well. Service was very good! Our estimate was done within a week of calling and our windows were replaced about a month later. If this seems long, all of this was done this summer during Covid. I've already recommended Hale Glass Doctor to a couple people because of how impressed I was.
